Royal Enfield PGS Motors is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their service needs, and coordinating with the workshop to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with service-related queries
- Create job cards and explain service details to customers
- Coordinate with technicians for timely job completion
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback

Requirements:
- Graduate
- 1–2 years of experience in automobile servicing or customer handling
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
