Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage AR calling operations for US healthcare clients, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Oversee a team of AR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve daily targets and goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in AR calling operations or related field (AR voice).
- Robust knowledge of Epic Systems (EPIC) software application.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to meet productivity targets.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office environment.
