Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Professional based in Bengaluru South. The role involves coordinating end-to-end freight forwarding operations, including booking cargo with shipping lines, managing documentation for exports and imports, and liaising with customs, transport partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records in logistics systems. The Freight Forwarding Professional will collaborate with clients to understand shipping needs, prepare quotations, monitor delivery timelines, and support warehousing and distribution activities when required.
