Experience:- 5–7 Years

5–7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Brand Communications, or Marketing Communications, preferably in renewable energy, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or B2B sectors.

Position Summary:-

The Manager – Corporate Communications will lead integrated internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen GREW Solar's brand reputation, enhance stakeholder engagement, and position the company as a leading renewable energy manufacturer. The role will manage media relations, executive communications, corporate storytelling, internal communications, ESG communications, events, awards, and reputation management while working closely with the Head – Marketing & Communications.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute the annual corporate communication strategy aligned with business objectives.




- Manage corporate messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
- Build relationships with national, business, renewable energy, trade, and regional media.
- Develop dedicated media relations in Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Bhopal to support manufacturing facilities, CSR, government engagements, and expansion announcements.
- Draft press releases, media advisories, speeches, leadership articles, presentations, website content, brochures, case studies, newsletters, annual report content, ESG communications, and award submissions.
- Drive executive communications and leadership thought leadership.
- Lead internal communications, employer branding initiatives, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Support crisis communication planning and reputation management.
