Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Borrowing Base candidate with robust Excel proficiency, deep understanding of asset-based lending mechanics, and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile Borrowing Base with Trustees/Agents; resolve breaks in Collateral Quality Tests, concentration limits, and eligibility criteria.
- Review, validate, and process Borrowing Base Certificates across multiple credit facilities.
- Analyze collateral (accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and valuations) and calculate borrowing availability in line with loan agreements.
