Job Description Summary Lead Engineer Cabling Integration will leverage his or her engineering and leadership skills to develop design packages that relate to the upgrade or retrofit of gas or steam turbines and generator accessories. They will mainly focus on the design integration of electrical and instrumentation systems with GE Vernova control hardware for gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator accessory systems. They will work in collaboration with other lead engineers and technical leads to develop creative designs that will aid in defining the EI modifications required on different accessory systems such as lube oil, Ventilation, Haz Gas, Inlet Exhaust, etc. The individual is expected to execute projects of varying complexity both in ITO and OTR stages under the guidance of senior engineers and TLs within the team. They shall also provide necessary outage support and own ER and NCR cases originating from all post-COD units.



This role requires strong engineering and technical skills and the resourcefulness to work with cross-functional teams situated around the world to execute large and complex projects with a sharp focus on on-time delivery and world-class quality. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the Cabling team members in the analysis, design, test and/or integration of Cabling and Integration in Plant and Accessories systems, sub-systems, and components that meet cost, compliance, safety and schedule requirements through a culture of planning and project management for all assigned projects.Ensure work is executed in accordance with GE Vernova design practices and quality procedures while influencing and contributing to their improvement.
- Own execute task from different workstreams such as PLM OTR work, SDRs, ERs, NCRs etc that relates to services engineering.
- Responsible for developing innovative engineering solutions for Gas/Steam/Generator accessory systems meeting all customer CTQs and GE Vernova design guidelin
