Brand & Growth Co-Founder
to join SOMÉRA.

SOMÉRA is being built as a premium fashion brand that values identity, presence, and timeless design over rapid trends. This is an equity-based opportunity for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up and take ownership of its growth.

What you'll do

Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, build a premium social media presence, plan and execute brand campaigns and product launches, develop collaborations with creators and influencers, drive customer acquisition and conversions, and work closely with the founder on long-term brand positioning and growth.

What we're looking for

Someone with a strong understanding of branding and digital marketing, the ability to think strategically while executing consistently, excellent communication skills,



a long-term mindset, and the willingness to take ownership instead of simply completing assigned tasks.

How success will be measured

Building a premium brand image, creating a strong and consistent social media presence, generating qualified leads, increasing customer conversions and orders, and establishing SOMÉRA as a brand people genuinely aspire to wear.
