Senior Associate Manager CLM Marketing

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic marketing professional to lead the planning and operational readiness of our customer communication campaigns. If you enjoy campaign planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring flawless execution, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage communication calendars aligned with product launches, promotional campaigns, and category events.

Plan customer segmentation and communication strategies across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, In-App, and RCS channels.

Ensure all campaign assets, creatives, landing pages, UTMs, deep links, and coupon codes are accurate and ready before execution.

Coordinate with Content, Design, Category, and Tech teams to ensure timely campaign readiness.

Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and operational processes for seamless execution.

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns.





Improve operational efficiency through structured reporting and basic automation.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in CRM, CLM, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations

Strong understanding of WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, In-App, and RCS marketing channels

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with campaign planning, stakeholder coordination, and operational management

Familiarity with AI tools or Google App Scripts is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance
