Lead complete plant operations including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.
Ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of EOT Cranes as per customer schedules.
Monitor fabrication, machining, welding, painting, assembly, testing, and final inspection.
Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, statutory requirements, and customer specifications.
Plan manpower utilization and improve workforce productivity.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Sales, and Projects for smooth execution.
Monitor production planning, inventory, and material availability.




Maintain high standards of workplace safety and ensure zero major accidents.
Conduct daily production review meetings and MIS reporting.
Develop departmental KPIs and monitor plant performance.

Lead vendor development and subcontractor performance where required.
Handle customer inspections, factory audits, and technical visits.
Ensure preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
