As part of our continued growth in digital mobility, we are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven
IT Operations Manager
to lead the operational oversight of our Customer and Driver Applications. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring product reliability, incident transparency, and continuous service improvement.

Acting as the bridge between Technology, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience, the IT Operations Manager will own the process of identifying systemic issues, escalating bugs, and transforming incident insights into strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence Across Digital Products:
Oversee the day-to-day operational health of the customer and driver platforms; proactively detect and mitigate performance issues, system errors, and experience gaps.
- Incident & Problem Management:
Lead structured investigations into high-impact user issues using diagnostic tools, crash reports, and application logs. Establish a scalable triage and resolution workflow with engineering and QA teams.




- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication:
Provide explicit, timely, and actionable updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Translate technical findings into business-relevant insights.
- Product Reliability & Quality Assurance:
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure that user pain points and recurring bugs are addressed through both tactical fixes and longer-term product enhancements.
- Knowledge Infrastructure:
Establish and maintain internal documentation including a centralized repository of known issues, technical FAQs, SOPs, and root-cause analyses to support scalable knowledge transfer and support readiness.
- Strategic Insights & Continuous Improvement:
Analyze operational data and incident trends to provide leadership with visibility on system bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, contributing to strategic product and operations planning.
