Job Description
As Head - People & Culture, you will play a critical role in building and shaping our organizational culture. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that support our mission, vision, and values. You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, creating the happiest work environment in the industry

Roles & Responsibilities
Organizational Design / Talent Acquisition –




- Collaborate with Recruitment team on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion awareness in hiring practices
- Ensure that the right talent is recruited (with respect to culture and value fitment)
- Review current organizational structure and identify the need for building workforce basis inputs from business.
- Assess Organisation structure needs – whether current teams or restructuring and facilitate smooth changes
- Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future

Onboarding –
- Create clear policies as per laws and employee handbooks that explain company operations for respective business units
- Handhold the New Joiners for the first 30 days and help in their transition to their roles
- Address New Joiners queries regarding their contracts and payroll

Employee Relations –
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective i
