Plan & execute preventive maintenance for shearing machines, bending presses etc.
Perform root cause analysis using 5-Why or FMEA, implement downtime reduction strategies, and compliances
Coordinate with production supervisors for planned shutdowns.
Required Candidate profile
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years in industrial maintenance.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics
Certifications like CMRP or familiarity with vibration analysis,
