our client is expanding its national healthcare distribution network and is looking for energetic, results-driven professionals to lead our
Generics, OTC & OTX
business at the state level.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth across the assigned state.
- Appoint and manage Super Stockists, C&F; Agents, and Distributors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Achieve state-wise revenue and business targets.
- Expand market presence and ensure structured execution of business strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, OTC, OTX,



or generics industry.
- Strong network with retailers, distributors, C&F; agents, and Super Stockists.
- Proven track record in state-level sales expansion and channel development.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.
