Title: D2C Channel Manager

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Compensation: ₹10 - 12 LPA

We're hiring on behalf of one of our quick-growing D2C clients for a
D2C Channel Manager
who will own and optimize the complete online buying journey—from the first website visit to the final purchase. This role sits at the intersection of
Growth, Product, Merchandising, and Technology
, making it ideal for someone who loves solving customer problems through data, experimentation, and execution.

What You'll Own
- Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Product discovery, navigation & search experience
- Landing pages & product pages
- Offers, bundles, upsells & cross-sells
- Checkout flow & payment experience
- Customer journeys across mobile & desktop
- Retention journeys, remarketing & repeat purchases
- Website analytics, A/B testing & continuous experimentation

What We're Looking For




- Strong understanding of customer behavior and conversion optimization.
- Ability to think like a Product Manager:
- Where are users dropping off?
- What's preventing customers from converting?
- Which experiments should we run next?
- How can we simplify the buying journey?
- Hands-on experience with
Shopify
.
- Comfortable making minor front-end changes using
Liquid, HTML/CSS
(JavaScript is a plus).
- High ownership, bias for action, and the ability to independently identify problems and drive measurable outcomes.

Bonus Points
- You've built or managed your own Shopify store, website, or e-commerce side project.
- You've successfully improved website conversion, AOV, or overall online revenue through experimentation.
