• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US healthcare positions.

• Source, screen, interview, and qualify healthcare professionals.

• Recruit for positions including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Health Professionals, Physicians, Therapists, Pharmacists, Medical Technologists, and other clinical and non-clinical roles.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder,



ZipRecruiter, Vivian, and other sourcing platforms.

• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, certifications, licenses, and work eligibility.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer acceptance.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.

• Meet recruitment KPIs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• 1–5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.

• Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry.

• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals across clinical and allied healthcare specialties.

• Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search techniques and multiple job boards.

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
