Talasha has been mandated to hire a
Social Media Content Creator
for a full-stack home resale and property platform based in Mumbai that revolutionises the way users buy and sell secondary homes. This tech enabled startup has recently raised series A funding led by Stellaris Ventures and in this role you will work closely with Creative Director to own social media content across varied channels
Responsibilities -
- Build and own the brand's social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ideate and produce original, high-quality content that reflects the brand. Have the on-camera comfort to feature in the content
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video content (reels, behind-the-scenes, event coverage, demos) with strong hooks and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with design, video, and growth teams to scale visibility and engagement
- Cover live events (real estate summits, client demos) with real-time story content and post-event highlight reels.
- Stay on top of Instagram trends, algorithm changes,
and content best practices to keep the content presence fresh and growing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and GTM team to align Instagram content with broader campaigns, product launches, and PR moments
- Track performance and insights to refine creative direction and growth

- Strong storytelling and on-camera comfort - able to turn everyday ideas into relatable short-form videos and posts.
- Hands-on execution - comfortable featuring in videos as well as scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing content independently with speed and consistency.
- Data awareness - Knows, tracks and adapts to what is working well
