We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, creatives, placements, and budgets to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
- Ensure campaign budgets are effectively allocated and optimized for maximum performance.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
