Role Description
The Agriculture Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this position, the specialist will analyze agricultural production data, conduct field visits, and provide insights to optimize crop management, input usage, and farm operations. The role includes collaborating with farmers and partners, delivering training or product demonstrations, and supporting adoption of new practices or solutions.



Day-to-day activities involve preparing reports and recommendations, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams such as product, sales, and operations to align agricultural strategies with business goals. The Agriculture Specialist will also contribute to market research, identify new opportunities in the agriculture ecosystem, and support development of pilot projects or trials.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Agriculture and Agricultural Production knowledge, including crop systems, agronomy, and farm management practices.
