, we're looking for an Interior Designer who can confidently present ideas, build trust with homeowners, and convert design discussions into successful residential interior projects.
This is not a back-office design role.
You'll be meeting clients, understanding their lifestyle requirements, presenting concepts, closing projects, and shaping homes that families will live in for years.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ calling leads and Meeting qualified clients and understanding their requirements
✅ Creating space planning, design concepts, and mood boards
✅ Presenting designs and leading client review meetings
✅ Converting design presentations into project closures
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has 2–4 years of residential interior design experience
✔ Has successfully handled client presentations and project closures
✔ Can confidently communicate design ideas and build client trust
✔ Has strong skills in SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD
✔ Holds a B.Arch or B.Des degree
✔ Speaks Telugu, English, and Hindi
✔ Has a portfolio of projects personally designed and presented to clients
