Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Marketer will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives,



conducting competitor and trend analysis, and proposing data-driven improvements. The Social Media Marketer will also support digital campaigns, manage basic reporting, and help maintain a strong online brand presence.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to engage audiences effectively and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and structure campaigns and posts that align with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media activities with broader online marketing efforts.
- Relevant experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, including use of analytics tools, is preferred.
