Job Description Warehouse Supervisor
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Pune Plant
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Primary Objective
To ensure safe, compliant, accurate, and eicient warehouse operations by delivering seamless
material ow, maintaining inventory accuracy, enabling uninterrupted production, and
supporting on-time customer deliveries while driving operational excellence and continuous
improvement.
Focus on managing complex, high-mix component inventories (like metal, rubber, plastic
components, hardware, PCBAs, and connectors) alongside high-volume materials (like copper /
G.I wire reels, compounding materials, and polymers).
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, internal material
movement, and outbound dispatch.
Procient in SAP MM and WM/EWM with solid hands-on operational experience,
excellent analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve warehouse
process issues eiciently.

Ensure timely GRN posting and accurate receipt of raw materials, indirect materials,
and CAPEX items.

Manage raw material issuance, kitting, and material transfer to production.
Oversee nished goods receipt, storage, packing list preparation, and dispatch
readiness.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch execution, including PGI, invoicing, and
preparation of statutory documents such as E-Way Bills, E-Invoices, and Delivery
Challans.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical stock verication,
and inventory reconciliation.

Approve and monitor inventory adjustments and warehouse transactions in SAP.
Co-ordinate with 3 PL partner for warehouse manpower planning, allocation, and
performance management.

Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, 5S, and statutory
requirements.
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous scrap disposal, ensuring compliance with EHS,
environmental regulations, and statutory documentation.
