Role description

L2 Application Support

Role Objective

Handle Incidents and Service Requests requiring functional & technical analysis beyond L1, without code change.

Key Responsibilities
- Detailed incident analysis & troubleshooting
- Service Request fulfilment involving:
- Configuration support
- Data validation
- Application behavior analysis
- Create workarounds and known-error documentation
- Coordinate with:
- Client L3 teams
- Vendor / product support (if applicable)
- Ensure:
- End to end ticket ownership until closure
- Clear user communication
- Proper escalation with complete diagnostic details
- Maintain solution database & SOP updates

Skill Expectations (distribution across team)
- iGPM: Oracle, Forms, APEX (Planisware / iSTAR exposure)
- Digital Apps: Java/.Net application support
- MDM PMD: Java + SQL




- Solid functional understanding over coding
