Role Overview:

The Supply Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end tactical management of supply chain operations to ensure the

seamless flow of materials. This role focuses on real-time tracking, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional

coordination to meet production schedules and maintain high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-time Supply Tracking & Escalation: Monitor supplier Purchase Orders (POs), lead times, and shipments. Provide accurate

ETAs to planning and logistics teams. Proactively identify and escalate critical supply gaps or delays to sourcing executives and

plant operations.

Supplier Follow-up & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding sample requests and benchmarks.

Track sample status, compare against internal specifications, and update project plans accordingly.

ERP & Schedule Management: Utilize SAP (specifically the MM module) and other tools to manage delivery schedules, track

material allocation, and ensure data integrity within the system.

Supplier Executive Support:



Facilitate supplier onboarding and risk assessment processes. Ensure suppliers are PPAP

(Production Part Approval Process) ready and assist sourcing managers with documentation, meeting preparation, and calendar

management.

Tactical Execution: Handle day-to-day operational tasks including RFQ releases, material allocation coordination, and monitoring

"Plan vs. Actual" adherence to minimize gaps.

Key Deliverables:

On-Time Delivery (OTD): Ensure all supplies arrive according to the agreed-upon schedules.

Lead Time Reduction: Identify opportunities and work with suppliers to reduce procurement lead times.

Performance Metrics: Maintain and report on supplier performance and quality metrics through regular documentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sourcing, Logistics, and Plant Operations to align supply with demand.
