About the Role
We're looking for a QA & Customer Support Intern to work on one of our products—either MonkFeed or Herth,
based on business needs and your interests.
Your role will be to ensure a smooth user experience by testing features, identifying bugs, assisting users, and sharing valuable feedback with the product team.
Responsibilities
- Test new features before and after releases.
- Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with clear documentation.
- Verify bug fixes through regression testing.
- Respond to customer queries via chat or email.
- Escalate technical issues when required.
- Maintain issue logs and support documentation.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve the product.
