Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and responsible Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company’s online presence, promote Ricolex products, generate customer and dealer enquiries, and support brand growth through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and publish posters, reels, videos, product updates and promotional content.
- Create attractive designs using Canva or similar design tools.
- Write captions, product descriptions, website content and blog articles.
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO and blog optimisation.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and website performance.
- Create and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads for dealers, distributors,



customers and sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales, production and management teams to collect product and campaign information.
- Promote Ricolex pipes, fittings, water tanks, solvents and other products through digital channels.
- Respond professionally to customer comments, messages and online reviews.
- Maintain a monthly social media and content calendar.
- Track campaign performance, enquiries, reach, engagement and website traffic.
- Study competitors and suggest new digital marketing ideas.
- Maintain proper records of digital campaigns, leads, content and marketing expenses.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
