Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Enterprise IT Leader to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modernizing IT landscapes, leading digital transformation initiatives, implementing AI-driven business solutions, and aligning technology investments with business strategy.

This role requires a visionary leader who can build high-performing technology teams, establish enterprise architecture, optimize IT operations, and leverage emerging technologiesincluding Generative AIto improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise IT Leadership

Develop and execute the organization's enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead enterprise architecture, IT governance, Enterprise application, ERP, AI , cloud, applications, and service delivery.

Build scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms supporting business growth.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.

Digital Transformation





Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across business functions.

Modernize legacy systems and drive cloud-first adoption strategies.

Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.

Establish digital operating models and technology roadmaps.

Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and product-centric delivery models.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

Develop and implement enterprise AI strategy aligned with business priorities.

Identify high-value AI and Generative AI use cases across operations, customer service, finance, HR, supply chain, and sales.

Lead deployment of AI-powered assistants, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions.

Ensure responsible AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
