About this chance:

At Ericsson, we are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to drive short- and long-term demand/Forecast and supply planning. The role focuses on optimizing supply plans, supporting strategic and tactical decisions, and ensuring delivery precision, cost efficiency, .You will manage SOE execution, address supply gaps within a 0 3-month horizon, collaborate closely with CU and inbound supply teams, and ensure predictable deliveries through lead time management, customer order commitments, and supply escalations.

What you will do:
- Own end-to-end outbound supply planning processes for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with demand, order request and supply commitment, and logistics plans.
- Monitor daily and weekly outbound supply performance, including delivery accuracy, lead time adherence, backlogs, and order fulfillment status.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on deviations and chronic issues; identify root causes across demand, supply, logistics, and data quality.




- Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. CU ASR, Inbound Supply, demand planning, logistics, customer service, etc.).
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in outbound supply and propose mitigation plans or optimization actions.
- Support SOE / supply review meetings with structured analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. process automation, parameter optimization, reporting enhancements) based on data-driven insights.
- Contribute to transformation and digitalization initiatives related to planning tools, reporting, and analytics.
- Act as a subject matter expert for outbound planning KPIs, definitions, and measurement methodologies.
- Act as leading role in supply execution phase to drive the plan and the execution of plan
