About the Role

As the
Head – Partnerships & Platform
, you'll own the supply-side growth of T-Hub's Platform for Founders.

Your mission will be to build and scale a high-quality network of mentors, technology partners, universities, startup hiring partners, and ecosystem collaborators that make PFF an indispensable platform for startups.

Product, Startup Programs, and ecosystem partners, you'll ensure the platform delivers meaningful value through robust partnerships and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Build Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, engage, and onboard mentors, startup experts, founders, and industry leaders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with cloud providers, legal firms, HR platforms, finance partners, SaaS providers, and startup service providers.
- Build long-term relationships with universities, student communities, and placement cells to strengthen startup talent pipelines.
- Create partnerships that deliver measurable value to startups across different growth stages.

Scale the Platform
- Build and manage a high-quality catalogue of mentors, partners, internships, and startup job opportunities.
- Ensure all partner onboarding, activation, and engagement processes are seamless.
