About the Role Lead issue management activities across the product development lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, prioritize, and resolve quality issues. Ensure timely closure of technical risks and anomalies while driving corrective actions and supporting continuous quality improvement. The role involves working across product development phases, from design and development through production launch and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead issue management activities across product development phases.
- Coordinate identification, tracking, prioritization, and resolution of product and process quality issues.




- Drive technical risk assessment and ensure timely resolution of design, manufacturing, and quality-related anomalies.
- Participate in cross-functional quality reviews to understand customer-reported issues and translate them into actionable improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain issue management dashboards, status reports, and management summaries.
- Monitor issue resolution progress and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project quality milestones.
- Conduct audits at manufacturing facilities and supplier locations to verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Validate robustness and sustainability of corrective actions through follow-up reviews and effectiveness checks.
- Escalate critical quality concerns, unresolved issues, and project risks to project leadership when required.
