Key Responsibilities
Grow Subscribers & Views: Drive consistent growth in channel subscribers, views, and
watch time through targeted strategies.
Content Planning & Execution: Plan content calendars aligned with exam calendars
and learner needs. Coordinate with educators, editors, and designers to publish
high-quality content.
YouTube SEO & Optimization: Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, and
playlists to improve discoverability and CTR.
Performance Analysis: Track and report channel performance using YouTube Studio,
TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and other analytics tools.
Community Engagement: Manage comments, community posts, and live sessions to
build engagement and audience loyalty.
Cross-Promotion: Collaborate with product,



paid marketing, and organic teams to
integrate YouTube into broader marketing campaigns.

Skills/Experience
Managing YouTube channels, preferably in edtech, media, or creator
ecosystems.
Robust understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and content strategy.
Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and pivot strategy accordingly.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling, thumbnails, and visual hooks.
Bonus: Experience with livestreams, shorts, and multi-channel video marketing.
