Role Description
The Facility Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role oversees daily facility operations, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of client sites. The Facility Manager coordinates with client representatives, service providers,



and internal teams to address issues promptly, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising facility staff, monitoring budgets and resource utilization, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement of facility processes and service levels. The role requires regular site inspections, timely resolution of operational concerns, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
