We are looking for experienced Forward Deployed Engineers (GenAI) who can work directly with customers, understand complex telecom challenges, and build production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models and modern cloud technologies.This role combines software engineering, AI engineering, solution architecture, and customer engagement.

Role Overview





As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will partner with customers to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications for telecom and networking environments.You will be responsible for transforming customer requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, semantic search, and cloud-native architectures.This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role requiring solid software development skills, production deployment experience, and deep understanding of telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Develop backend services using Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs.
- Design document ingestion, embedding, vector indexing, and semantic search pip
