Role Description

Parampara Ayurved is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to drive offline sales and business expansion across Kolkata and surrounding markets.

The role involves developing distributor and retailer networks, increasing product availability, achieving sales targets, strengthening channel relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong field sales experience and be comfortable travelling extensively for market visits, distributor meetings, retailer engagement, and business development activities.

This is a
full-time, work-from-office role
based in
Shibpur, Howrah
, with regular travel across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand distributor, wholesaler, retailer, and dealer networks.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Appoint new distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Build robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Monitor secondary sales and market performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and inventory availability.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
- Travel regularly to distributor, retailer, vendor, and customer locations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
).
