Role Description
The Reservations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end reservations process across JadeCaps’ portfolio. This role manages booking inquiries, confirms reservations,



handles modifications and cancellations, and ensures accurate inventory and pricing across online travel agencies and internal systems. The Reservations Manager collaborates closely with customer service, sales, and operations teams to maintain high conversion rates, guest satisfaction, and smooth pre-arrival communication. Daily tasks include responding to guest queries, optimizing reservation workflows, monitoring occupancy patterns, generating reservation reports, and training team members on reservation procedures and systems. The role also involves identifying upselling opportunities, implementing best practices, and maintaining consistent brand standards across StayJade, RedOlive, and other JadeCaps offerings.
