Role & responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries over chat
- Upselling
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate should have excellent English communication skills and writing skills
- Upselling or sales knowledge will be a plus point.
- Should be an immediate joiner.
- Problem solving skills
- Comfortable with rotational shift (majorly night shift).
