Business Development Executive

Location: Trivandrum
Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexibility to attend client meetings when required.
- Sunday: Weekly Off

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Finance and Accounting Firm. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, a solid understanding of tax and financial accounting services, and the ability to generate new business while building long-term client relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, businesses, and corporate clients.
- Promote the firm's qualified services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand the firm's client base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, taxation,



and regulatory changes relevant to clients.

*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year experience in business development, preferably in a tax consultancy, accounting firm, financial services, banking, or related industry.
- Positive knowledge of taxation, accounting, financial services, or corporate compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
