- Develop corporate accounts, MICE, travel agent, and wedding business.
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build robust client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
