Role Description

Location:
Ettimadai, Coimbatore

Duration:
6 Months Internship

Stipend:
Rs.10000/- per month and Accomodation from company.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in mechanical assembly of products, prototypes, and sub-systems as per engineering drawings and SOPs.
- Support fabrication, fitting, drilling, fastening, wiring routing, and integration of mechanical components.
- Help in testing and validation of assembled systems for performance, fitment, and reliability.




- Work closely with the product design and R&D; team in developing and improving sanitization/disinfection devices.
- Participate in prototype development, modifications, and troubleshooting during product iterations.
- Maintain assembly tools, workstations, and inventory of mechanical components and consumables.
- Support documentation activities including BOM preparation, assembly instructions, test reports, and inspection records.
- Assist in quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for parts procurement and fabrication follow-ups when required.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean manufacturing and assembly practices.
- Participate in installation, demonstration, or field support activities for products when needed.
- Contribute ideas for improving manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and product reliability.
