Educational & Professional Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Masters in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Core Banking implementation and digital banking transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Intellect Core Banking Solutions (eMACH.ai / Intellect Digital Core / iCBS) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking, CASA, Deposits, Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, Payments, and General Ledger.
- Experience in banking product configuration, parameterization, and implementation lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of API integration, REST, SOAP, Microservices, Middleware, ESB, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting experience.
