Position Purpose
The Automation Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of resilient full‑stack web applications within the Automation team, leveraging solid JavaScript expertise (Vue/React, Node.js/Express/NestJS) and a solid foundation in quality‑focused engineering. With 3+ years of hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end solutions and automating their verification, the engineer will bridge development,



minimize manual error, and accelerate release cycles while ensuring the applications remain secure, high‑performing, and production‑ready.

Key Objectives Include
- Design & deliver scalable, secure full‑stack solutions (HTML/CSS, Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, cloud) that directly address business requirements.
- Lead and mentor the development team, instilling best‑practice coding, peer reviews, and continuous learning.
- Rapidly debug production issues and optimize performance & security through root‑cause analysis, profiling, and vulnerability testing.
- Align technical road‑maps with product owners and stakeholders, ensuring delivery meets business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation, and governance to maintain consistency and long‑term maintainability.
