Job Title: Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

Enrich is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, with hands-on experience managing manual attendance for 1,800–2,000 employees. Experience with HRMS and Tally will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Manage and maintain manual attendance records for 1,800–2,000 employees.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs before payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labour laws.
- Pass and maintain payroll-related entries in Tally.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to collect and validate payroll inputs.
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and maintain payroll documentation.
- Resolve employee payroll and salary-related queries in a timely manner.




- Support the Payroll Manager in payroll audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Experience handling manual attendance for 1,800–2,000 employees.
- Positive knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally for payroll-related accounting entries.
- Experience working on an HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under strict payroll deadlines.
