Role Description:
- The Analyst will be responsible for L1 alert monitoring (ACS, CCTV and Intruder).
- Support travel security operations by monitoring travel-related risks, incidents, and emergency situations affecting employees.
- Use cutting-edge technology (SIEM/SOAR) to perform investigations.
- Monitor several screens, systems, and events simultaneously, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
- Respond to security events and perform access badging tasks.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external responders during critical incidents.
- Handle telephone enquiries and maintain accurate logs of events.
Provide a high level of service to local and remote offices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a relevant field.




- Analytical Skills and intermediate SOC/Command Center experience.
- Knowledge of industry standards and experience with physical security systems is desirable.
- Comfortable working in shifts (Morning and General).
- Possess a security and analytical mindset, where the goal of triage and investigation is to determine why something occurred and accordingly troubleshoot to mitigate the security risk.
- Must be highly proficient and fully functional in MS productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Outlook (an email client), OneNote, Calendar, OneDrive (cloud-based storage), and Teams (chat-based workspace).
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
