Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Building Maintenance role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves performing routine inspections of the facility, identifying maintenance needs, and carrying out repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations. Daily tasks include basic carpentry, plumbing checks and repairs, general building upkeep, and coordinating with external vendors or specialists when required. The Building Maintenance professional will respond to maintenance requests, maintain tools and equipment in positive condition,



and support preventive maintenance schedules. The role also requires accurate documentation of work completed and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Carpentry for basic structural repairs and fittings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing for installation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Working knowledge of safety practices, building codes, and use of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Prior experience in facilities or building maintenance roles is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related fields is an advantage.
