Techno-Functional Analyst Pune · Full-time · On-site

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Functional Analyst to coordinate between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, leveraging solid experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, technical implementations, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, driving project execution and stakeholder management. Success in this role will be measured by effective project coordination, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops




- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Document BRD, FRD, process flows, and impact assessments
- Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Support technical teams in translating business requirements into system specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Participate in UAT, testing, and validation activities
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements
