Role Description
The MIS Executive role at MPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to telecom site operations, project status, and resource utilization. The MIS Executive will collect, validate, and analyze data from various internal teams, update dashboards, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to management. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, finance, and technical teams to gather information, identifying data trends and discrepancies, and recommending improvements in reporting processes. The role also includes documentation, data entry, and assisting management in decision-making through clear, concise information summaries.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with familiarity in MIS tools and reporting frameworks.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including creating, updating, and managing periodic reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting data clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization tools.
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecom, infrastructure, or operations support roles is an advantage.
