Xuman.AI is an operating system that turns content into instant booking, designed for human-led services.

On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system. Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and moving toward launch. Distribution is in motion.

What makes this seat different: you head a vertical from day one. Not a ticket queue, not a component library. The web and operations surfaces the whole company runs on.

What you'll own:




- The admin and operations dashboards the company runs on
- The marketing site and internal tools
- First support across the app and backend verticals: no vertical ever goes dark
- CI pipelines and the small things that keep everyone else rapid

Must have:
- Production full-stack TypeScript: React on the front, Node/NestJS behind it
- Dashboards or internal tools you shipped that others depended on daily
- Fast ramp on unfamiliar codebases: you ship in week one
- 3 to 5 years of experience across startups and corporate, internships count
- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional, this is how we work.

Strong plus:
- Next.js, Tailwind, and design-system discipline
- PostgreSQL and clean API design
- Charts and data visualization for operational dashboards
- Comms APIs: Twilio or similar, our ops desk runs on them
- GitHub Actions or similar CI, de
