Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will monitor revenues and expenses, prepare management dashboards, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial analysis. Responsibilities include managing accounting processes, coordinating with external partners such as auditors and banks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing financial controls and policies. The role will also involve supporting pricing strategies, evaluating project profitability, and partnering with leadership to improve financial efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with accounting principles, financial statements, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ability to manage cash flow, working capital,



and financial controls to support sustainable growth.
- Proficiency in using finance and accounting software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements relevant to businesses operating in India.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to support management decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a marketing, consulting, or services-driven environment is beneficial, particularly in aviation or technology-focused sectors.
