Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase.



The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor identification, quotation review, price negotiation, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies. The individual will track order status, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries, and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or billing. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate purchase records, updating ERP systems, and monitoring inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations. The role also requires analyzing procurement data to optimize cost and lead times, supporting vendor performance reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
