The Banquet Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising banquet operations to ensure smooth execution of events, conferences, weddings, and corporate functions. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining quality, hygiene, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of banquet halls as per event requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for seamless event execution.
- Ensure banquet venues are prepared according to the approved function sheet and guest requirements.
- Brief the banquet team before every event and allocate duties effectively.
- Monitor food and beverage service to ensure timely and professional service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.




- Ensure banquet equipment, linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are maintained and accounted for.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate requisitions for banquet supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Train, motivate, and guide banquet associates to improve service standards.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain banquet operation records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department regarding event billing whenever required.
- Ensure productive manpower utilization during banquet functions.
