About the Role

Good-Bee IMS is looking for an Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end event execution from concept to closure. You'll collaborate with top clients, vendors and internal teams to deliver memorable brand experiences on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event projects from concept to closure.
- Own project timelines, budgets, resources and scope.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee production, logistics and on-site execution.
- Maintain quality, safety and client satisfaction.
- Prepare post-event reports, insights and recommendations.

What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of event management and handling experience.
- Candidates currently based in Bengaluru will be preferred.




- Robust understanding of event production, logistics and workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Passion for creating exceptional event experiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as and when required for events.
